Claire 

Claire is the owner of The Beauty Rooms as well as a Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. She first started her business in a room above a well-established hair salon in Chelmsford, until she decided to expand and move The Beauty Rooms to its current home on Wells Street where its been since 2011.

Claire specialises in advanced skincare and waxing and has a fiercely loyal client base who have been with her for many years.

She is a driven and inspiring business woman who regularly attends seminars & training programmes both at home and abroad. In 2022, Claire became a Mummy to a beautiful little girl, Mia, and she’s now smashing motherhood alongside running a successful, thriving business.

 

Katie 

Katie has over 15 years experience and is a self employed therapist with her own Semi Permanent make up business in which she specialises in Eyebrow tattooing. Katie is also a pro at intimate waxing and has trained all of the girls to the very highest standard. She also specialises in classic eyelash extensions.

Katie is funny, bubbly and an absolute joy to have in the salon and will guarantee you a good laugh with her no worries attitude & ability to remain calm on the most stressful days!

Katie gave us yet another salon baby when she gave birth to her first baby girl Norah, in 2024. She is currently on maternity leave making motherhood look easy like she does everything! We can’t wait to have her back in the salon – its never been so quiet!

 

Becky 

Becky has been at The Beauty rooms for an amazing 10 years! She specialises in IPL hair removal, advanced facial treatments and Massage, (including pregnancy massage). If you struggle to find a massage firm enough, then believe us when we say, Becky is your girl!

Becky is not only a pretty face but also the brains behind all things numbers and figures, keeping the day to day running smoothly and the salon organised and tidy. We can always count on her when the end of day banking isn’t adding up!

She is the loveliest most kind hearted soul whose bright and positive personality can make anyone feel happy. Becky became a Mummy in 2017 to our beautiful, sassy Hallie-Mae who loves coming in and helping us in the salon!

Summer

Summer started with us fresh out of school 10 years ago and has been here ever since! We’ve had the privilege of watching her grow from a timid 16 year old into an amazing, confident and much loved therapist.

Summer is a perfectionist in everything she does and always strives to be the best she possibly can. She is super talented in massage and nails and is also our Lash Lift Queen! She also specialises in dermaplaning facials and pregnancy massage.

Summer is beautiful inside and out with an uncontrollable urge to laugh in awkward situations…well, she basically laughs at everything so you can always count on Summer to put a smile on your face and brighten your day!

Emma

Emma has been with TBR for 7 years and is an amazing skincare specialist with a passion for getting real results for her clients. She is not only a Dermalogica expert but also specialises in microneedling and dermaplaning treatments. Among her many talents, she is amazing at pregnancy massage and also qualified in Cryotherapy.

Emmas 2nd job role involves being TBR’s personal baker. Our very own Mary Berry never fails to deliver the goods for Birthdays and staff meetings!  She may appear quiet on the surface but don’t be fooled by our undercover wild child who loves to party, when she’s not soaking up the sun on holiday that is! 

Chloe

Chloe has been at the Beauty rooms for 8 years and specialises in intimate waxing and advanced skincare treatments including Microeedling and chemical peels and has a real passion for both! She is extremely knowledgeable in all things skin and strives to give her clients real results.

She is so friendly & laid back with a hilarious sense of humour. What you see is what you get and her honest and straightforward attitude is like a breath of fresh air.

Chloe is a mummy of 4!! And somehow still manages to be so chilled and make life look easy. As much as Chloe is embracing her ‘mum era’ (which she was very obviously meant for) we are lucky enough to still have her in the salon every other Saturday!

 

Holly

Holly has been our Junior therapist at TBR for over a year now and she is the youngest member of the team, currently finishing up her final year of college and well on her way to becoming an amazing, fully qualified therapist.

Hollys skills in intimate waxing, massage and nails are proof that although she is new to the industry, she is anything but amateur. She is naturally talented and performs treatments as though she has been working in the Beauty world for years.

Holly is an absolute pocket rocket and brings an abundance of energy into the salon! She slotted right in with the rest of the girls from day one and we never doubted that she would be a great addition to the team – which she definitely is!

Chloe-Louise

Chloe-Louise joined the team in March 2025 and we are so excited to have her with us! She has over 13 years experience in the industry and has a real passion and natural flair for facials and skincare. She has 2 beautiful children and enjoys going to the gym and running in her spare time! We are so excited to see what the future holds for Chloe-Louise at TBR and we are confident she is going to be a great addition to our TBR Family.
